On January 3rd, 2012, Seth F. Abrams, a popular New York actor
who'd always prided himself on being physically fit and health-conscious,
was suddenly struck by an aortic dissection followed by a severe
stroke that left him paralyzed on his left side. It was a crushing
blow to a flourishing career, but hard work and a refusal to give
up allowed him to not only survive his staggering crisis but thrive.
He continues to progress toward complete physical rehabilitation,
and through his speaking engagements and this website, provides
a living example that adversity doesn't always signal an end, but
rather a new beginning.
